TCL participated at a trade show in The European Union to showcase its technology and to meet prospective and current global clientele assuring them of our relentless efforts to supply high quality machined investment castings.

TCL installed two new additional semi-automatic wax injection presses and one new generation slurry mixer as a part of the company’s plan to consolidate its production capabilities.

Suketu N. Shah is an expert in business & financial consulting, due diligence and capital markets. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions globally, including fund raising and transaction support. He brings in rich experience from his previous senior positions at Nirma Limited and Deloitte. Mr. Shah is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost and Works Accountant.

November 2020, TCL was awarded the Festo Supplier Elite Award, an award given to top performing suppliers of Festo, a leader in the field of process automation. TCL was one of the suppliers with 0 ppm and 100% On Time Delivery.

Once again TCL has participated in Hannover Messe 2019, the World’s leading industrial show. We thank all the visitors!

Once more we have participated as an exhibitor in Hannover Messe 2018. The fair was full of outstanding innovations and exceptional products, we enjoyed meeting the visitors and successfully conducted business meetings. We now look forward to Hannover Messe 2019!

The Festo purchasing team highlighted the strategic partnership with TCL, and also proudly informed that we are the first Indian company and the first Investment Castings Company worldwide to achieve this award.

One more time in TCL we have celebrated the Republic Day. On the Friday morning of January 26, the entire TCL family gathered to salute our flag and sing the national anthem.
During the morning we enjoyed the traditional games and activities, as well as a ceremony to recognize the loyalty of the employees that have been with us for 10 years.
The day ended with a typical Gujarati lunch, in which all our employees sat together to share a meal.

After successfully completing the audit, on August 10, 2017, TCL has been certified by TUV Nord for the standard IATF 16949:2016. This standard now replaces TS 16949. We are proud to be the first investment casting company in India to be accredited under this certification.

Like every consecutive year, TCL was present at Hannover Messe as an exhibitor. Our delegation of executives enjoyed showing our castings, conducting business meetings and taking a look at all the innovation and technology showcased by our fellow exhibitors.

All our employees along with their families were joined together as the “TCL Team”, participating in the first Bhavnagar Marathon.
We enjoyed the wonderful weather, the joy of taking a walk together in the city and also cheering the fellow runners!

For the first time, TCL attended the 11th edition of Aero India air show, organized at the Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru (India).
We counted ourselves among the 549 companies participating (270 Indian and 279 Foreign), 72 participating aircraft, cover an area of 27,678 sqm and witness participation from 51 different countries.
The event served as platform of interaction between manufacturers involved in the aerospace sector, with delegations from 51 different countries.

Last Thursday we celebrated the Republic Day at TCL. Our flag hoisting ceremony started at 9 in the morning, followed by our traditional games and activities.
The day finalised with a lunch shared by all the employees and directors, enjoying the delicacies of Indian cuisine while chatting and sharing a joyful moment different from routine.

During September 24 to 27, a group of 17 members comprised of our staff and executives participated in a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training facilitated by TUV Nord (Germany). The training consisted on the study and practice of the tools used by the Lean and Six Sigma philosophies. The participants were involved in different exercises in which the tools were applied, problems were analysed and solved, always with the focus on quality assurance at every stage and in every aspect of the organization.
On the third day, the final examination was conducted and all the members were successfully certified.
This is the second batch of our staff that gets this training and certification. The first batch of 15 participants was certified in June 2015.

On May 29, TCL became the first Investment Casting company in India to be certified for AS 9100C (EN 9100:2009), a standard that accredits TCL for the manufacturing of parts for the aerospace industry.

On March 28, TCL became the first Investment Casting Company in India to be certified for SA 8000, a standard that accredits TCL’s practices as socially accountable.
